I got this synopsis written by Victor of HS progress in the RRC process off the cities website 3 days ago…..chilling.
“We probably have another year of work before we’re RRC certified. After the zoning code is updated and aligned with the Master Plan, we still have 2 major economic development tasks and some minor development review process/procedure tasks. We then will examine any sites in the city (private or public) that would be ideal for specific types of projects/businesses the City wants to see”.

Hmmm, wonder what those 2 major tasks are and why the citizen taxpayers are to be kept in the dark? Is this the warning shot over the bow of eminent domain rearing its ugly head here in HS? Do we live in North Vietnam now?
