Regarding the Redevelopment Ready Community (RRC) National & Michigan Program: There are unintended consequences that I believe have not been thought out or organized – and there are property owners that are unaware of these changes being proposed by the Planing & Zoning (P&Z) board. Harbor Springs does not need to become a Redevelopment Ready Community (RRC). Review the links, and please sign the petition at Change.org to become involved.
