Here is a link from the Bluff showing that if three story buildings continue to be allowed, now with the new zoning, “by right” the views of the boats in the marinas will disappear. Is this what we want?  We can stop this unintended consequence now, if we vote YES to rescind the zoning in November and we work together to make repairs, add or subtract and put the guardrails back on the new zoning in 2024-25.
