The Bluff Stability Committee was formed by Council to facilitate discussions between homeowners on Bluff Drive and Third Street about the best practices regarding bluff management to ensure the bluff’s stability. The Committee will report their findings and recommendations to Council.

Downtown Development Authority / Principal Shopping District Board (DDA) exists to promote and improve the downtown district developed under state law.  The DDA has the ability to take action for improvement in the City’s designated downtown district. Meetings are held at 8:00AM on the second Wednesday of each month.

The City of Harbor Springs Harbor Commission is an advisory body to the Harbor Springs City Council.  The purpose of the Commission is to direct and oversee the waterfront district and operation of the City’s marina.  Harbor Commission meetings are typically held four times per year and are open to the public.
